obviously. If people had learned to avoid scammers, they wouldn't be getting scammed. but by the same logic, if the scammer was more considerate of other people they wouldn't scam in the first place. so its never 100% the fault of the person getting scammed. Id say 70% scammer 30% scammed basic, with it tipping more towards the fault of the scammed depending on how obvious the scam was from a newbie's perspective.Learning best comes from placing the burden upon yourself and taking every action in your power to fix it — not allowing yourself to be scammed.
