I got scammed for $500 by some crazy dude from finn.no (Norwegian craigslist), paid him F&F, is there any way I can refund it? Not like I am going bankrupt because of this, just don't like being ripped off.

or report unauthorised transaction (if you paid through a different IP), or contact your bank and report it as fraud

Yep, in fact, there is a way. Simply contact your bank and say that you didn't complete the purchase. Since the seller won't have any evidence of selling you anything it'll be automatically given back.

I'd rather get my PayPal terminated, and open a new one. That is as long as your ID etc. isn't linked to the PayPal, if it is and you want it on the other one - well - you're going to have to remove it before hand and hope they don't keep note of anything like that.

I would go and chargeback through bank 100%.
My Paypal is from 2014, never verified my ID there, so am gucci.[DOUBLEPOST=1614289565][/DOUBLEPOST]this dude own a fucking company, and still scam me lol

Charge back via your bank, if you used f&f on PayPal, the chances of you getting your money back from them are much slimmer, because you literally signed away their services by using f&f. Going through your bank should be much faster.
