I wanted to buy AGC from Quitingff. I was stupid and said you would go first. He said no, I can't trust you. So I sent him the money via PayPal. He makes up a stupid excuse of it's getting late rn I can't. Tomorrow. I get pissed off because he ran away with my money. Luckily, I sent it as Goods and Services. What should I chargeback as and what should I tell PayPal?

Fake story how? not everyone can explain things very well. the OP should be making a a scam report first then worrying about getting his money back though. get him off the site before he scam someone else.

straight forward show proof of the user scamming you, tell PayPal the same thing.
Nothing else to it.

Well tbh you didn't respond when I asked what's going on. You could have just said that you couldn't find it.
