If you want to do vouch copies, I recommend doing it with those who have 15-20+ positive rep. Also look at their join date as those with good rep & have been here quite a while will make the vouch more worth it.

I don't mean to be stingy, but if you've been here for a while with little posts and rep, it doesn't really show general reputation through the forum. I'm looking to make art for people who could boost my own general reputation; and when I say "general reputation," I don't mean the rating system, I mean the definition. Sorry!
