To introduce myself I am Bozhy, current owner of a new brand Network Server releasing the first Gamemode that will be Survival this 20th of May, hope so.
This server apart from Survival, will offer more Gamemodes very soon that will open to players:
As you may see, this Network is planning to be huge and grow with the time just like other servers.
We will try to bring the best experience to our players and to ensure staff feels good and accepted in the staff team. Our current progress of the server is going really well and we are currently under a heavy development with the Hub/Survival as they are not 100% finished yet but hope to be finished in 2 weeks more or less.
In general, the staff is working really well and trying their best for this server. Other thing is that the staff team is pretty well organized by giving tasks to some positions.
Today I am here mainly and for the ocassion to announce that our server is opened to recruit new staff members. Below here I will announce the main positions we are looking for.
By seeing this, most of the people will ask if devs/builders are paid. We are not paying for them, why? Because we think that people can help if they want, no need to wait to receive only the money.
We are looking for hard-working staff that likes doing their job.
This staff positions are open but they also require requirements that you MUST have.
Requirements:
-MUST have a working microphone.
-MUST have past experience for the role you are applying.
-MUST act with maturity and have a good attitude towards staff and community.
-MUST contribute at least 2 hours per day to the server.
This are the main requirements we are looking from the people.

No offense, but not paying your developers and builders will make your server go no where, especially if you are asking them to dedicate time and code/build in return for nothing

As I said, I know most people will want to get paid but I think in my opinion and without offending anyone is that people help if they want to and not waiting only to receive the money.
