i. I retain the rights to use my creations for Portfolio/advertising purposes, etc.
ii. You will not chargeback or dispute for any reason. If a refund is needed, you must discuss and agree with the seller.
iii. All transaction sent by you are authorized by you. If payments are told to be ‘unauthorized’ it is false.
iv. Usage of my creation are only allowed for legal activities only.
v. Claiming rights/creator to and or resell/leak any products bought from the shop is strictly prohibited.
vi. Making any modifications to any of my products does not allow you to sell, license or share them to anyone else.
vii. You must be at least 13 years of age to purchase any product from my store.
viii. All services provided are intangible.
Violating any of these restrictions will result in a termination of this license and may be terminated by Jake P. at any time. With the termination of the license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in digital or printed format.
