To be honest, I'm not familiar with Photoshop at all, so I don't know if this title is correct. Though, I really need something done. I have attached a photo down below. I need this photo turned into some sort of cartoon art, drawing or whatever it's called, lol. Ideally, I need like a few different layers, colors, etc. It doesn't have to be amazing, just not something that looks terrible. All I'm really asking is that someone can trace this character, the one with the sword, on Photoshop and fill it with color, etc.
I'm willing to pay a few dollars, or whatever you think it is worth. Like I said, It really doesn't have to be great, just trace the photo, fill it with paint, or whatever you need to do.
FYI: It's the character holding the sword in the photo that needs to be done.
