Graphic tablet suggestions

Title says it all, I am looking to get a Graphic design tablet, I do not want to exceed over $80 . I bought a Graphic tablet from amazon today ( its being delivered ) but now I am having second thoughts and thinking maybe I should get some opinions first. I recently started graphic design and I want to get the tablet to help me start with illustration. I am looking to see if this was a good purchase or not and if not whats better ( I got a used like new for $6)

I have a budget $20 one. Does the job with 3 extra buttons. All I know is the it's from Huion. I would get a 20-30 tablet and if you get much better with illustrations, you can save up to ones with a screen (starts at 200).

Yeah, Im getting this one to start off but when I get better I will get the graphic monitor

Screen tablets to start of, I recommend HUION or X-PEN.
