Photoshop, Gimp2, or paint.net

Well I would highly recommend getting photoshop, due to it being an expensive program you should buy it monthly like I do.

No worries, and I can't really tell you what I recommend due to the promotion of black hat activity on here is against the rules, however personally I would get the free trial they provide and if you enjoy it then you know where you stand.

I would further like to say how you should watch some tutorials, this way you get some understanding of the program.

I have the cracked version of photoshop. Works great don't have to paying anything. (same with after effects)

DaddyDan Maybe get paint tool sai or photoshop and a drawing tablet if you want to make server logos (hand drawn). and just use photoshop for the youtube banners.

Whats paint tool sai?
