My guess is that they were either custom made or made using Buycraft, myBB or Xenforo.

If you're talking about how they made it look 3D-ish (or whatever that is called), you can get the same effect just by pressing Control+T, right-clicking and pressing "Skew", "Perspective" or "Distort" in Photoshop (probably Illustrator too, I just don't use it so I don't know) You'd have to use the middle thing, like this;

If you're not talking about how they did this, what exactly are you wanting to know how to do?

That’s what I wanted to know. Would you be able to do this with a 3D look and a sort of shadow as shown on my picture? If so, can I get a quote.
