Terms of Service.
Unless you are a highly reputable member, we will not be going first. The constitution of a „highly reputable” member is not set, but is someone that upon reviewing their reputation and doing any research we require to determine whether we trust you to go first or not. Our decision is final and will not be changed.
The use of reputable MC-Market middleman can be used, however, this will incur no cost to us. The fees that the chosen middleman would charge for the transaction must be covered in their entirety by you otherwise the deal cannot and will not go ahead.
Once the deal is underway and one of the two parties has sent their side of the transaction to the other person, there is no refunds. The only exception is if there is use of a middleman and one of both parties have sent their money/crypto to the middleman and it is still in the middleman possession.
Under no circumstances will there be any attempted chargeback. If you chargeback on a payment then you will no longer be entitled to use of our services and you are in breach of these terms of service. We can and will use this terms of service as a reference in any dispute as by undertaking a deal with us and the deal being processed, you automatically agree to these terms of service.
