Hello!

We're looking for hardworking, mature, friendly and creative people to join our staff team.

About GraveMC:
We are currently an unreleased, Skyblock server still in development. We are going under a small period of "inactivity" so that we can put all our time into the development of the server. We have a very active community which are all very friendly and have supported us for the past year. Since we are unreleased, we do not have a "playerbase" per se, but we expect a minimum of 20 - 30 players upon release, allowing us to hit the ground running. Another point that sets us apart from other servers is that we are a not-for-profit server. All our profits (excluding running costs) are donated to the British Heart Foundation on an annual basis.

Staff Requirements:

• When working for us, you cannot be working for, or helping any other server, service team, or any other Minecraft-related organization in any way
• Staff experience of some form is required.
• You must be at least 14 years of age. (Builder and Content Creator Applicants must be at least 16 years of age).
• You must be active on the discord for a minimum of 3 days a week.

Who are you looking for?
We are currently on the hunt for all junior roles of staff. This includes Helpers, Moderators and Builders. We expect you to be hardworking, always willing to contribute ideas and opinions and we expect you to be loyal and committed to the server.

We are also hiring Admins. Admins will be compensated for any work they do, but we will only hire Admins internally. This means that you must already be a member of our Staff Team to become an Admin.

We also hire Content Creators and require a good subscriber count and a good view count per video. (Both should be over 2,000.) Content Creators are hired on a case-by-case basis, as such, details will be given in private upon request. Content Creators are also paid, but this rate will not be a static rate. This means that you will be paid accordingly depending on the players you successfully attract to our server.

The non-profit thing is a really good idea, but this is just crossing a line in my opinion. So many people are working in service teams and Minecraft related organizations...

Well, that much could be true. Again, if said person wants to apply, it's completely up to them. But we want people who can dedicate any time they have when doing Minecraft-related things such as this, to us.
