Great Java Developers

I am here today requesting some help from the MCM community.

I have had a lot of trouble in the past finding reputable Java Deveopers. The trouble I have is that they are either, not efficient, have very poor time management or there is no communication from their behalf.

I would like to know if there is any Developers that would like to work on a Prison server. The server version is 1.14. This server is very unique & would need the experience of a well rounded individual that has great time management, communication & is efficient with their code with knowledge & practice in optimizing servers & code.
