Hello! I will get straight to the chase. I have experience in server owning, specifically servers with hundreds of players active. I can provide proof of this as well, no need to lie. I am full of knowledge in the server developing aspect most especially with factions servers and configuration. I know plenty of content creators, faction discords, faction leaders, etc. So a playerbase issue will not be present as I am very good in getting a great community.
WHAT I HAVE TO DELIVER

Over 50 Custom Models; Bosses, Armors, Furnitures, Completely unique features never seen before.
20+ Premium Plugins Purchased
30+ Faction Leader Contacts and Discords
A full faction setup (won't be entirely used, everything will be made from scratch)

WHAT I NEED
I've seen many different threads all across this forum asking for a 'minimum investment of x dollars' and I think it is kind of a kick in the dick to people reading the threads because it easily tells a person that the person doesn't want to start something amazing up, rather it just tells the person the need of money from the thread creator.
Yes, I am looking for someone to invest, but this will not come around until the server is completely finished. At that point of time, the trust between the 2 parties is gained and the investing part will be a breeze.
