I'm the owner of a new network, and I'm looking for a skilled, mature individual to help with some of the dev work on the network so we can launch. The network has already had a lot of money invested into it, and has been worked on extensively. However, most of the burden of the network has been placed on one individual, and we need help.

I would prefer to hire a person who has run their own successful network or server before, and an individual who is at least 16 years old. Being able to develop your own plugins isn't a requirement, but it would be a bonus to have a person with that knowledge. I also will not be hiring anyone who has a negative attitude, acts immaturely, or acts like they are above criticism. I'm only mentioning that as I have had a problem with developers acting out as of late.

If you would like to apply, please state your age, experience, and how much time you will have to dedicate to getting this network off the ground. I will discuss with you how much work needs done on the network, and you will be working with the main dev in my network. After you hear what you will be doing and have your skills tested a bit, we will discuss how the price until we reach an agreement.

If you are truly serious about this I suggest not using an application system. Application systems are used by servers owned by 12 year old, anyone that is professional will contact you directly and interview you either over text or a call.

You said call or text, not specifically skype. Re-read your first post please.

I agree with you on the whole application thing, I have not and don't plan to fill out an application for any development job. I show previous work, vouches, and then they hire me. While jobs are usually based on applications such as real life, I would not do it for a development job.

I suggest you act a bit more maturely and be nicer to people thought, especially when you are clearly in the wrong.

You "meant" skype call? Really? Because you didn't specify it first, then when exposed, said that you specifically said skype. Stfu.
Also, people don't always use resumes. I just had to fill out an application for a job yesterday. People still use applications all the fucking time.
