Thats a low price, Its a 650x650 hub that was made for MC-Legends their price for it was $600. So yes it is a low price.

Yeah, i mean its a large map, but i think its a little overpowered.

Fenix looks dope, but isn't too hard to do, tbh.

With all respect, theres random shapes in the dome, and the pillars aren't exactly perfect, such a nice build, but i don't think it worth 300 dollars.

This build is worth $600 exclusive. I lowered it to $100 and am selling it as a non-exclusive.

I'm going to be harsh here. It's not worth $600. It's just barely worth $100, EXCLUSIVELY.
The market is no longer as big as it once was. There's no longer enormous amounts of money to go around. Prices are no longer huge. From what this render shows, it's inferior to most hubs of its size. It's a good build, I won't deny that. It looks nice, and I can see part of a reasonably well-constructed dragon or other organic creature.
That and its other features make it worth around $100 exclusively. Which is quite a decent amount.
There is no way, however, that you can get $600 for it, or $100 nonexclusively. There is simply nobody who will buy it, for the simple reason there's better alternatives. This is why the original client didn't buy it. They didnt need it any longer because they found a build as good or better for a far lower price.
go to schematicstore. Take a look at Rowanos' hub. It's the most expensive build on schematicstore at the moment. It's half your asking price, and it's so much higher quality.

What I advise you do is to lower the price to around $20-25 nonexclusively.
It means that you won't get the worth back immediately. But it means people will actually buy it. You'll actually get money out of it, and if enough people get it, you may actually get its worth back.

Selling nonexclusively is a long-term investment. So far, I've gotten the total worth of a single non-exclusive build back. A Koth, worth around $30 or so exclusively. Sold it 5-6 times over the course of 3 months.
I tried to sell a build (or rather a set of builds) for a high price as well. The price was $300+ for a set of 15 large prisonmines, each 500 or so blocks in diameter. It seemed a logical price at the time, but obviously nobody bought it.
Since I made it non-exclusive and set the price + discount to around $15, 3 people have bought it. That's $45. It's not $300, no, but it can still become $300 because PEOPLE ARE BUYING IT.


Do you know why Seb's prisonmines are so successful? because the price is lower than their worth. He's sold around 300 copies of his prisonmine package, which is a full package of prisonmines for less than $5. A FAR lower price than it's worth, even nonexclusively. As a result, he's made over $800 from them, which is far more than the package would be worth exclusively.

See what I mean? I'm not saying you'll be as successful, but the secret of nonexclusive selling is to bet on the long term. You put a lot of effort into a build once, and if you do it right, set the right price, and advertise it right, it will KEEP making money for you, indefinitely.
It may take a year to get your 'money back' (the price you wanted), but after that it's pure profit, for as long as minecraft is still a thing.

The Hub is a $600 Hub. MC-legends gave me that price and that was what I had planned to sell it to them for until the owner had turned against me. I'm not saying it's necessary worth $600, honestly nothing built in a block game is worth $600 but that was the price given so I lowered it extremely and said it would be that price. I have now lowered it to $20 to see if more people will buy it.
