Would not recommend! Spoke with Seth over Skype for all of 20 minutes and he was extremely rude towards me. This comes from a client perspective as I was seeking to offload some of my extra work, worst decision I made was contacting this user. As stated above, he steals and admits to stealing work.

I did it because I had no time. I actually know languages, its just now no one would think that.
