I have a question, throughout my time I have been working with paypal F&F, but I do not get why?
Can they not refund if they used F&F?
Just wondering, as a big payment was payed to me recently, and I do not want to get scammed.

F&F means that they pay the PayPal fees and you cannot be charged back. However, you can refund the money.

No, only you can refund the money if they sent the money to you.

They can't charge back, but they can say it was an unauthorized purchase, and in that way they can get their money back. Its just harder for them to win it than a normal charge back.

Ok well I got a full legal team, as well as a TOS, and screenshots of proof of our conversation.
