GriefPrevention Fly in claims plugin addon (With permissions support)

Hey there I am looking for a plugin that allows players with a certain permission to fly in there claims, and once they leave a certain radius they get messages to return to there claim or they fall without taking damage after a set period (Most likely 5 seconds). It must work with GriefPrevention Claims: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/griefprevention.1884/
