Group Manager / PEX

So, I created my server a couple of day ago, and I have been having trouble with making
prefixes/ranks i've looked up so many tutorials on youtube and just going through the plugin myself and it never ended up working. If anyone has experience with Group Manager / Pex could you please help me

If you don't know what you're doing in the config, just use the in-game commands, you'll will get less spacing errors etc.
