Group Manager to PEX

Is there a free way of converting my GroupManager permission file into a PEX permission file? I've never worked with PEX and some of the plugins I want require PEX over GroupManager, plus I've been told its better.

Who ever setup your initial groupmanager permissions file, was most likely drunk. This is an absolute shit show. I highly suggest just starting over.
