groupmanager "bug"? [paying for a fix]

So I'm using groupmanager and I can't restart the server without the user.yml file gets updated and everyone loses their ranks and I have to go to a different worlds user.yml file and copy paste them into another world. if you dont get it here's an example:

Ranks are working fine and everyone's happy - http://prntscr.com/8uv8hq - both worlds user.yml file is working.
Restarts server.
Everyone loses their rank in the pvp1 world. - http://prntscr.com/8uv8wk
Goes to the world folder -> user.yml -> copies the whole thing -> paste into pvp1's user.yml file -> does /manload -> everyone's happy.

I have to do this after every restart. Please someone find a fix :/
