Hello, as I said in the title of this thread I'm looking to grow my Discord Server into a larger community. I am willing to invest money in this because I want it to grow and eventually make money off of advertising. However, I also want people to be active. I already paid for an @ here advertisement on a 9k Discord Server which brought tons of members but none of them are active.
