Growing a prison server

Approaching 2019, how would someone enter the world of making a prison server, and then grow it (which seems harder now with all the selection people can choose from; what makes YOU best?)

With the vast amount of servers and only a select few taking up the majority of players...

At this time, how would someone create and grow a prison server that people would love to play and enjoy for the server itself, without having a server that is overstuffed with custom plugins?

Just talking a playerbase with roughly 30-50 people, not to gain every prison player.

“Unique” is such a broad term because everyone wants to be and think they are, but what are some things you could have that would attract this smaller audience?

*Prison-only server, not a network.

I guess that is true. Where would be the best advertising today? Through YouTubers? You’d need something to advertise

I've been out of the scene for quite some time. From what I remember slots were pretty nice(but stupid expensive for good ones). YouTubers have always been a good avenue to go down iirc. Just have to be smart with who you choose.

Super true. Thanks for your input. Slots would seem like a good idea to me
