GTAMC Chest plugin

I'm looking for someone to make me a chest plugin like the one from gtamc.net
I've looked everywhere for an alternative but can't seem to find one.

as well as a cop plugin that allows players to turn into cops, a wanted level and a clear wanted lvl sign.
