Gtx1060 i7 7700 Only gets 30 FPS

I bought an I buy power pre built (plz don’t roast) and I get 30 FPS on Minecraft with optifine. Can someone explain how this is possible. I see kids with way shittier graphics cards get 500 plus if I use intel graphics I get better FPS. Please help I can link the model I bought.

Increase your ram limit also lower your render distance because if your playing on a server with a lot of people in one location that can lower your frames a lot.
