BETA Information

We don't have the resources to order many new nodes, therefore our stock is very limited.
We are looking to hire more system admins and support staffs in a while, but for the time being, we can only support a limited amount of clients.

Therefore we won't restock before our next big update with new support members and more nodes.

We do have a 24/7 support team as of now, but that team is not big enough to support that many clients.

I've already clared this up, many hosting companies (actually every i've investgated in before i started Guarded Online) used a nulled version, nulled versions dosen't register in those statistics.

I hate it when the live chat rep opens up a chat when you don't want to chat. Even if it's an auto responder.

It's autoinviting, we don't open the chat.

The chat dosen't even start before you make the reply, thats how LivechatInc works, and the auto invite is a configurating setting made by us in order to make sure the client knows that we are avalible to chat.
