A remake of Gwen with better cheat
detection than Gwen for PAC using NPCs, a better animation that actually circles the player and BanWaves!
Calls the /ban command, so it works with 3rd party punish plugins!
Use /pardon to unban if no 3rd party punish plugins are installed!
BanWaves
Bans players the day after hacks are detected.
Checks when first started and every 12 hours after that.
Banned players are noted in the console.
