I'm fairly new to MCM but I thought it's the perfect place to request some developers for a server that I'm manager on but the owner of the server is fairly busy so this is why I have come and here to request a Private developer for the server, we have released our forums but it needs improving,

What are we looking for?
A private developer who will create plugins and ect,
will concentrate at the work set before them,
have a good knowledge of coding.
We are also looking for people who can develop on a forum and on a server/putting all the necessary components on a server and creating worlds and ect,

Will you be payed?
Yes, you will be payed from $15 up to $80 per month or an X amount of money for a project (we can discuss this)

A normal developer should get paid more than 15$/hour.

I literally just shat myself $15 a month :rofl::rofl:facepalm hahaha no competent developer would do that unless they are scrounging for work and even then i dont think they would take it.
