Well, seeing as everyone else that has posted this same thing has gotten it wrong, there isn't really a reason for me to post this.

If you think positively, you would think of the cup as half full. This is synonymous to thinking the best of the things that happen throughout your day. On the other hand, thinking negatively would be thinking of the cup as half empty. This means that you don't spend your life day-to-day, but you spend it knowing that you will be gone in the end.

You aren't either of these, you are neither. I can only predict that this means you either fluctuate in and out of depression, which isn't healthy for your mind, or you aren't affected at all by depression, and you aren't living your life on a day to day basis. The only way that is possible is if you don't think of the glass. You just focus on what's important, work, jobs, life. For you, there is no glass.

Obviously wrong, but why not give it a serious try?

Could you possibly think that it's just a glass with water, doesn't matter how much is in it. Wild guessing here...

Deep but wrong XD in no way am I depressed and there is a glass XD[DOUBLEPOST=1447266505,1447266450][/DOUBLEPOST]
A glass half full of water (for instance), is half-full of water!
The other half is not empty! There is air, or something else.
There is no such thing as 'empty/nothing'!
So, right away, the glass is half-full, and at the same moment, completely full (of something).
Perhaps the glass is just too damn big?

The problem with the question, for the beginners, is attributing the 'filledness, or not, to the 'glass'.
It is your mind that is half full or half empty!

I AM not sad, I FEEL sad at certain moments!
The glass APPEARS half full of water, from 'this' Perspective.
The glass ALSO APPEARS half full of ail, from 'this' Perspective!
The glass also apperas completely filled with water and air, from 'this' Perspe3ctive!
The glass is just too large for the water, from 'this' Perspective!

Reality is a cloud, containing all possibilities.
We Perspectives just see it from a unique angle every moment!
It is a matter of Perspective, yours!
Winner!!!! The glass is just to damn big XD

Produce Can you elaborate on your view?

The meaning of "half full" does not change depending on your perspective, because the literal amount of water inside of the glass would not change. I find it weird, yet interesting, that your answer lies in visual angles.

Because it doesn't matter If it's half full or half empty if the glass was smaller there would be no debate.
