Lol, the point is that domain appraisal sites aren't accurate at all.
Don't say that $30k is the definite price for MCM, it's not.
Earlier you said 2k, now it's 3k. How is an auto-appraisal tool supposed to know how much revenue a website is making? Siteprice the appraisal tool that says this site is worth 30k, also says one of my domains that sits with a landing page is worth 19k. Fact of the matter is, none of these websites that claim to tell you your sites worth are to be taken serious.
Even if this site is pulling in 2k a month, it's not worth more than a few thousand. Simply because revenue stream is based off memberships and a few banners. Memberships can dry up at anytime, and who the fuck doesn't use adblocker? The money being made isn't being put back into the site. The site is pretty much neglected from a growth point of view. There is also the volatility of the subject matter. Do you really think Minecraft is going to be popular forever? Not to mention all the shady illegal stuff that goes on here. A legit investor would have a hard time justifying the investment when they could put it elsewhere and make back their return faster and safer.
Site is worth at around 10k maybe some more.
