GUI Freeze plugin

I've been searching for a plugin that you can Freeze players with and when they are frozen it brings up a GUI so they cannot self destruct. Does anyone know any for free, or for a low price?

What do you mean self destruct? Does it kill you or something?

Its a button that when pressed disables the hacked client from running without having to restart minecraft. If used correctly it can be untraceable to most screensharing tools.

My friend matthewp coded a custom Freeze GUI Plugin that has the kohi inspect (The one with the paper in the middle saying a custom message), He might sell it but im not sure
