People often gets confused on whats an OG account or a Semi account. So I decided to make this guide to explain how you can declare what exactly your account qualifies as. So lets get into it.
OG Accounts are account which has an username of something common. Like chair, or ice, or maybe even California. In this tutorial ill go over OGs for words. Not names of places, or people. So, basically OGs are most of the time going to be root words. If you dont know what roots are, going back to tge second grade should be your next priority. Like seriously, im Japanese and root words are not taught much in schools across Japan. Atleast the one I went to. In this tutorial ill be using the word "Account" as an example. So Account is the root word right? If you have an mc account called "Account" congrats, you have an OG. All root words are OGs, even if the word is lesser known.
Things get confusing when it comes to Semi OGs. But the trick with Semis are to basically remember that a semi will always have at the most 1 prefix or suffix. If you dont know what those are, 2nd grade. But a semi will always have 1 prefix/suffix. Its either you have 1 or the other. For our example, we have "Unaccount" and "Accountable". Those both are semi. Unaccount has a prefix added to the root and accountable has a suffix added to the root. But what about "Unaccountable" you may ask. Well guess what? It isnt a semi nor an OG. Its actually one level down. This is because it have more than 1 prefix/suffix. "Un" and "able". In order to qualify for a semi, it must not go over 1 prefix/suffix. And in order to qualify for an OG, it must only be the root word. Lets go over a few.
