Guy with high rep going around asking everyone for loans

So, basically I own a loan service, and Tilt contacted me about wanting a $50 loan for a payback of $65. I was about to send to him, until I saw the influx of negative reputation on his profile. I then saw a page about people being scammed by him, and I realized that he asked at least 6 people for loans.

If Tilt tries contacting you about a loan, please be cautious with your deal, because no one will ever ask 6 people for a loan, right about the time someone makes a post about the person being scammed.

I think the best advice would be in this case, since he's banned now, is to be cautious who you give loans to, in general. Personally, I seldom give loans since it's better to not be in debt than anything else. It's subjective though, since you could be in a tight spot.

With the whole 'school' excuse - prior scammers have used it before, and it's mostly resulted in the same thing happening... the scammer successfully scamming.
