so apperantaly you cant buy vbucks with the paypal balance so i guess i need to use a credit card which i dont have so will anyone buy me vbucks and ill pay you ahead of time then give you my login creds you buy me the vbucks then i change my password

Usually in these situations you pay more, nobody will waste time on this. You can withdraw money to your card from Paypal though
