Yeah and I gave him what I would pay for it. Maybe someone does 1:1 but there is no point when everyone can get 1:1 now on coinbase that lives in the USA with Paypal and I know I won't get scammed. With the risk they ask and the obvious tax avoidance if they live in a country that causes them to pay tax they are going to likely have to sell for a fee unless they want to sell smaller amounts. Not like I have exchanged over $130,000(of which most if not 90%+ of the transactions were over $1,000) or anything. Thanks!

Did you even read the thread? It clearly says "[H] 1700 PayPal [N] Crypto". This means that he is wanting to buy crypto (I'm assuming this is because he is under 18 and can't get Coinbase, or doesn't live in the us). You then say

Which is not what he is offering or asking for. I get you can give a rate that isn't asked for and thats alright. But at least read the post so you know what the person wants.

You can make a coinbase outside the US it’s just if you make a new account you won’t have high limits straight away
