Hi.

I have a bit of a dilemma here. I purchased a Visa Gift Card and when I was trying to purchase bitcoin from someone else, it just wasn't sending without an issue. I tried to do an invoice to my PayPal, and it seems to have worked. Though, it's on hold. I was wondering if anyone here can do an PayPal invoice of $180 (fees excluded) for BTC.
