The user that you mentioned that is sending the PayPal joined a few weeks ago and has 0 rep. I'm pretty sure no one is going to want to take that risk. It's better for you to take the PayPal yourself somehow after selling those items to him, then convert that PayPal to BTC. Otherwise just ask him to convert it to BTC himself or to a different form of payment (CashApp, Venmo, etc.).
