I am going to be sending the money on the Visa card (Not the info!) for $35 Paypal Balance. I am trying to buy Vbucks but the thing is I lost the visa card but do still have it linked to my paypal account. I got a refund for 35 so I am looking to do a 1:1 for $35, I will go first with reputable members.
