Coinbase also requires you to send with a large fee in order for it to send, nothing customizable. They are the WORST online bitcoin wallet and many people can attest to that.

Also its very rare to be doing 1:1
The normal rates are 10-15%

Plenty of people do 1:1 on here and other various forums. Especially larger amounts, they get lower rates generally.
