I have 2 paypal accounts completely fine no temp limitation
1x has $20
1x has $32
The $20 is a stealth paypal account meaning it can receive money in its balance and it is basically confirms and verified.
The other is a basic paypal account with money in it I just use it for F&F payments.
I do not have a current bank account or card to transfer the funds to so I was seeing if someone can buy the both accounts and send me $40 CashApp for the accounts.
No you will not sign in withdraw the money and then pay me.
