I'm currently having trouble confirming my coinbase account and I need to get around $70 in BTC for a transaction that already took place, but the user wasn't able to accept Paypal and needs BTC instead.

How the deal is going to go:
I pay btc seller $75 Paypal.
Btc seller pays the user $69-$70 in BTC.

Note: Not dealing on Discord, must have 40+ rep.
