yeah and people with 300 rep also have the ability to chargeback so if u cant take a chance ever you wont get far in deals... lol

To be honest I don't know what he needs it for but all I do know you will have a smooth transaction on my side and no problems will occur even if it's a small transaction first like 25 dollars and say later down the line we can do more transactions.
