If anyone wants to withdraw paypal into cashapp let me know! I can take your paypal and give you it in cashapp!

My rate is flexible depending on how much you are wanting to transfer.

I will start my rates at 20%

This is to insure me safety as people can abuse my system by charging back on paypal. If you do decide to chargeback on my paypal, I will contact my bank to chargeback on cashapp.

yes I started at those rates, i am new to this so I am not sure what to make it. I will most likely keep lowering it if I don't get business maybe
