To hinder the OG owner from reclaiming the account, follow these steps as soon as you purchase the account: (This is in no way a guaranteed way to completely prevent the loss of the account)
1. Change Security Questions
2. Change email
3. Change password for the email and Minecraft account
4. Delete all emails that state that the Minecraft account details were changed.
5. Delete the already deleted emails from the Trash

To avoid email verification, download Mozilla Thunderbird https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/
1. Once you download it, you will see this.

2. Press Email.
3. Then press "Skip this and use my existing email"
4. Put in anything for "Your name" and then put in the login info.
5. Keep all other settings the same
6. You now have access to the email
