You won't find anyone to do this. Have a good one! If it was you trying to sell BTC for PayPal it would be considered normal to ask for 1:1. However, asking for BTC from PayPal is not a 1:1 deal and no trader would do that on this platform. You can only buy crypto 1:1 on a verified exchange. Now maybe if you are only asking for like $10 someone might do it. But if you are asking for a few hundred or few thousand you are going to be paying between 4-15% depending on the platform and who you go with. You are buying through an unverified/unregulated exchanger to evade taxes, even if that is not your goal that is what is going on and one of the only reasons people buy from individuals(other than under 18 limits). Hopefully, this helps to educate you and removes your pipe dream of getting a 1:1 exchange on PayPal to BTC. Good luck. Should you wish to buy crypto from me I do a 7.5% fee which is fairly low for this platform as I have done probably the top 3 in exchanges on here. So my fee is pretty in line with what you will find from trusted people who have done over $100,000 in verifiable exchanges. So you won't get scammed by someone like me and I have no limits. (P.S Crypto exchangers hardly ever go first, especially at higher price points. Like me, they do 5-10 transactions a day, and usually out of 100 transactions a few people scam back a lot so if we went first it wouldn't be a viable business. Also, most exchangers on this platform don't have massive stock as we know how volatile crypto can be so often we just buy it with your funds if it is over certain price points.
