Yeah totally understandable if this was this was that type of deal. But I am sending BTC which you cant reverse the payment. 0 chance of getting scammed.

Think its just a case of u having low rep and going 2nd, u could dip after he sends paypal

It's really not still relevant. Bitcoin transactions are irrversible once they have at least one confirmation, you can't get scammed after that.

I am aware but still, I don't like dealing with low rep people in general.
