There's no guarantee you actually give me the XLM. Not to insult you, but these kinds of trades are inherently riskier than buying from big exchanges. I'm willing to take the risk in order to pay a lower price, but I doubt you will find people willing to pay market price in a trade like this.

I'd be willing to go first if we can use PayPal Goods & Services. I was around a while ago before the rep system and I have been less active since it was introduced.

I can't buy it cheaper, but I'm not going to pay you the actual market price of $26. I can do $23, but that's probably the max. No one will give you the market value for it because they could buy it more easily and securely on an exchange for the same price.
