If you want to invest in ripple for a more sane figure do the following:
0) Purchase BTC on either this forum or another. If you want BTC straight away and are willing to pay higher fees head over to http://paxful.com and purchase BTC with almost anything you can imagine (Game Cards, PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards etc)
1) Once you have BTC head over to http://shapeshift.io and chose deposit BTC and recieve XRP (Ripple)
You will have much smaller fees and wont have to deal with greedy users such as OP.

Don’t forget half the sites mentioned involve ID Verification 18+ & House bill. Such as Kraken
a) I didn't mention Kraken
b) Non of the sites listed require ID at all. I've used them all. None use ID so get your shit out of here or lower your fees.
Kraken was just an example. But to buy BTC you would use Coinbase/ blockchain which involves an ID. Unless you do trades on here with PP but thats still not worth it because of Fee's.
