Hack Client containing 1 hack 1.9

Looking for someone if possible, to create a hack client for 1.9 containing the hack Click Nuker.
Essentially like every client with click nuker.

However, most client have Nuker with the Nuker maximum radius of 6. If possible (Please tell me if its not), I'm looking for someone who can code one which goes up to say 25 etc.

I'm willing to pay accordingly.
